Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Wedding Agency Byron Bay. By engaging our wedding planning and styling services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Services

We provide wedding planning, styling and coordination services as outlined in your customised proposal. Services may include full planning, partial planning, styling, and/or on-the-day coordination. Any additional services outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

 

2. Booking & Payments

A non refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your wedding date. Bookings are confirmed once both the signed agreement and deposit have been received. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the wedding date as outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services. All prices are in AUD.

 

3. Cancellations & Postponements

If you cancel your booking, the already made payments are non refundable. If you postpone your wedding, we will make reasonable efforts to transfer services to the new date, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply.

 

4. Vendor Responsibility

We act as a coordinator between you and third party suppliers. While we carefully select and recommend vendors, we are not responsible for their performance, cancellations, or service quality. All vendor contracts are between you and the vendor.

 

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, or public health emergencies.

 

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Australian law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

 

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information

Make decisions within agreed time frames

Ensure payments to vendors are made prior to the event

 

8. Photography & Marketing

We may use photographs or videos from your wedding for promotional purposes unless you advise us in writing prior to the event.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which the services are provided.
