I’m Roxy, founder and creative director of The Wedding Agency Byron Bay. With over 20 years of experience across the events, film, and hospitality industries, wedding planning felt like a natural evolution when I began my journey with Frank & Joy here in Byron Bay over a decade ago.

I work closely with my couples from the very beginning, getting to know you, your style, and what truly matters to you. My role is to take your ideas and inspirations and translate them into a celebration that feels intentional, beautifully styled, and unmistakably yours.

I bring a calm, easygoing approach to the planning process, balanced by a highly organised, detail driven mindset behind the scenes. From timelines and logistics to styling and the overall flow of the day, every element is thoughtfully managed so nothing is left to chance.

Together with my team, I’m here to guide you with clarity, care, and genuine support, creating a planning experience that feels seamless and stress free, and a celebration where you can be fully present, relaxed, and confident everything has been taken care of.
